Here are a few highlights from the Report:
- HR professionals feel that developing a coaching culture is very essential for organizations. 40% of the survey respondents rated this as extremely valuable.
- Most professionals feel that lack of time is the biggest challenge for managers in organizations to coach their teams. Lack of training and lack of the right skill set are mentioned as other challenges.
- Skill gap analysis has been mentioned as the top priority for improving L&D programs for 2023, followed by developing individual training plans, enabling managers’ bandwidth, programs for retention, and coaching plans for all levels.
